The NikeLab KOBE X Elite Low HTM get set for an April 16th release
HTM, better known as Hiroshi Fujiwara, Tinker Hatfield, and Mark Parker, has once again brought their obsessive take on design and footwear to Kobe Bryant’s signature line with the announcement of the NikeLab KOBE X Elite Low HTM. As with last year’s model, the design trio chooses the low cut form of Bryant’s sneaker with a flywire application and familiar color choices across the three shoe collection.
Scheduled to launch exclusively at NikeLab LNZ1 Milan on April 16, the NikeLab KOBE X Elite Low HTM pushes the vision of the Kobe X Low past it’s current incarnation. Holding the performance foundation as key, the trio built around the shoe’s hybrid cushioning system of Lunarlon and Zoom with the Nike Free-inspired siping. The advanced traction system remains as does the flexible midsole and outsole.
Detailing has been a key component of HTM product line and the NikeLab KOBE X Elite Low stay the course. Molded leather tongue tops help shape the black and multicolor versions of the sneaker, while all three version feature two different sets of aglets that screw onto the laces with HTM lettering. Clear knit yarn is used in the Flyknit upper creating translucent windows that mirror the translucent casing on the rear of the sneaker.
An elevated performance sneaker for one of the world’s most dominating basketball athletes, the NikeLab KOBE X Elite Low HTM will arrive exclusively at NikeLab LNZ1 Milan on April 16, with a larger NikeLab and nike.com release coming later this summer.
